It was very nice to wake up to the sunrising into our room. When we stayed there for a couple of nights, the maid made sure we were taking care of, by giving clean towels and making the beds etc. I was glad the coffee was right there instead of going to a store to get one. They had everything there to guide you were ever you need to go. We liked to sit outside on the balcony after a long day. It was nice that the restaurant was around the corner. Thank you Jim and Ramona Brown for everything, and we can not forget the maid for taking good care of us.

JnR hotel is a joke. We stayed here because the Sunrise Motel was full and we had no other place to stay. The owners/operators are old crabby folks with zero hospitality. We later learned from locals that owners were not small town folk but transplants from the big city so you won't get the small town hospitality from them. My wife and I stayed there for a night and you can hear others in nearby rooms. We called Sunrise the next day and they had a room for us. I suggest you stay away from this so called "hotel". This "hotel" would fit perfect in the slums of a big city.

We were there for 2 nights. Our party of three used 2 rooms. The place is not fancy, but we didn't need fancy, just looking for a clean place to sleep for a decent rate. Brought our own card table & sat it between twin beds to play games in the evening. We had a refrigerator & freezer outside our door for everyone to use. The owners are hospitable & thoughtful people who made phones calls out of town as early as 7AM for us. We liked the location as well. One person in the party have traveled around the world three times. I have been in the UK & Europe several times, just to let you know we know Hotels. Yes, we could hear others through the walls, but didn't lose sleep, used our earplugs.

This is no hotel and closer to a boarding home. The rooms are very small, you can hear other guests making noises in their rooms and they can probably hear you. The parking is okay if you park up front and rear parking is only for a few small to midsize cars/pickups. The owners/managers (Jim and Ramona) have no clue about customer service. They were not friendly, no smiling faces and were arrogant. This was surprising for people that are in the service industry. If you look are looking for a cheap place to stay then this is the place for you but don't expect friendly faces or smiles or a decent customer service.

If you want a warm genuine country smile, friendly face, great customer service and a large room then stay at the Sunrise Motel which is just a few blocks north of this place called a hotel.
