Hotel was nice, in good condition. Room was large, well appointed, those smelled a little musty, but not too bad. Internet was free and fast; kitchen was good size. Pillows were not great, that woul be my only complaint. Otherwise, great location for a business trip!

I had to stay in Carlsbad for 2 years and 3 months. For the last 2 years and 2 and a half months of that stay, I stayed at this location. The staff of this property made sure that this was truly my "Home away from home". Every person on the staff from top to bottom knew exactly who I was and made sure I had everything I needed at all times. The location is literally close to everything you could want to do in the area. The hotel in itself was very comfortable and if anything ever broke or had a problem they fixed it immediately even if someone had to come in in the middle of the night. All in all like I said this is Your HOME AWAY FROM HOME and you will be considered part of there family if you stay here!!!!!!

We stayed at this hotel for a few days with our family. Absolutely loved the place. It is in a very central place, which is close to Legoland, shopping, beach and so much more. The staff at this hotel were always available to take care of every need we had. They were also available to drive us to where we needed to go. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I stayed at this hotel for almost two years for my job. The staff was very professional and went well beyond what would normally be expected. The breakfast was a real hot breakfast and the kitchen staff made me feel like home. This is a great hotel and I would stay there again.
