Loved that the Inn was walking distance to town because it's nice to ditch the car and enjoy a walk after dinner or to dinner. I have never stayed in a B&B so didn't really know what to expect.
The house was a really cute and cozy historic home. Great old windows and doors and other neat little features.
There was some street noise which I thought at first would be bothersome but it really wasn't, especially at night. Phillip, who was our host, was very pleasant and very nice. Waking up to coffee already made and breakfast cooking and interesting conversation was great.
The backyard garden/courtyard was amazing. At night it was lit up with little white lights. Would definitely stay there again. I looked at other B&B's while i was there in Calistoga and was glad that I had picked the Wayside.
