Stayed one night at this B&B. Was very disappointed. Too expensive for what it's worth- just like everything else in Napa Valley. We could hear street noise, they serve a weird french toast for breakfast- something they experimented on, the fruit was not fresh. Our room was next to the kitchen where you could hear them cook breakfast early in the morning. The toilet and shower were separated. the shower was like a phonebooth in the room.

They recommended us to go to a small winery that sold cheap quality wine at high price- must have been their relatives.

For over $300 they charged us for this room? We would definitely not recommend this place!

We spent two nights at the Wayside Inn and recommend it strongly to those visiting Calistoga. The innkeeper, Jennie, is warm and friendly and breakfast is delicious! We stayed in the Delaney room and thought it was very comfortable and nicely kept. During the day there is some noise from the street but at night it was very quiet. The house is very well kept and everything was pristine and nice.

We were recommended the Chelsea Graden Inn by the visitor centre in Napa. For our stay it was full and Jenny who runs the Chelsea Garden Inn recommended their sister hotel the Wayside cottage as an alternative. We actually thought the Wayside was much nicer. Very homely and well kept, we found it all very welcoming and a very nice place to stay. It was good value with lots of amenities to enhance your stay. We would definetely go back there again.
