To put it simply, I cannot believe we spent over $100 to stay in a complete dump. Unfortunately, it was the only hotel with available rooms the night of my friend's birthday. The hotel exterior is old and run down. The customer service was horrible. To top it off, our room was covered in black ant. I sat on the bed and my arms and legs were swarmed with ants. It was completely disgusting. One would think that the manager would be embarrassed; however, he came with ant spray and no apologies. We asked to be moved to another non-smoking room to which he responded that the only room left was a handicap room. (I find this to be odd because there was only one other car in the parking lot.) Of course we took this offer. I would much rather have a roll-in shower than be covered in ants. I would also think that he would reduce the rate of the room due to the fact that it was ant infested. This did not happen either. Upon returning from our night at the casino, our room key was deactivated. I cannot think of a time that we have been treated so poorly or paid so much to live a step above homelessness. I would never go back under any circumstance.

We had two rooms. Stayed for two nites. This is the list of faults: Bath fan worked in neither room. Bath light out for two nights in one room. How did they clean it? faucet in one room loose on counter top. 1 tub took 10 minutes to drain, Had to ask for toilet paper. Came back to room after breakfast and key cards were not activated for second night. Heater so loud that we had to wear earplugs to sleep. Don't even think about turning around a trailer in parking lot. TV remote didn't work in one room. And the worst thing of all...no fitted sheets on the mattress. Tucked flat sheet which of course came loose when one rolled over.

horrible customer service, the couple didn't know how to smile, as if we owe them money!! $150 deposit, xtra charge for one more person. i stayed over nite and couldn't wait to get out, won't go there ever again...

The couple running this place have no personality at all, plus they look like they just rolled out of bed. Piece of advice, If you are going to wear a T-shirt to work (which i don't recommend), at least make sure it doesn't look like you soaked up an spill with it.....I didn't have any soap and if i did it was to small to find. "No wash cloth", lucky i had my own.....also the county office and liquor store make for a really uncomfortable stay....i did not want to leave my belongings in the room...bottom line, " DON"T STAY HERE"...unless you have some protection...(and i don't mean a condom).....oh one more thing....they charge a deposit to hold your room but they won't apply the deposit to the room charge so be pre-pared to have them hold it for a couple of days....Continental breakfast?? they looked at me like that was a joke when i asked
