My husband and I stayed here on our stay in September. The lobby looks nice and newer but the room we got was older inside. It was clean but kind of shabby looking. We only paid 50 a night so it meet our needs. It had a refrigerator and microwave. It has a basic breakfast. We got some microwave bacon to supplement our breakfast. It is easy to access the interstate and Memphis is right there. But you must pay for parking in Memphis.

We stayed here April 28-May 1 because we went to the Memphis in May (Beale Street Music Festival.) It was cheap, which was perfect for us because we spent most of our time in Memphis. Everything in Memphis was either booked or overpriced so we picked this place because of the price and easy access to the interstate. It wasn't dirty, but it badly needs updating.

Our biggest complaint was, we requested a smoking room but they said all smoking rooms were booked when we got there. After the first day I realized why all the smoking rooms were book, there were a lot of workers staying there. A LOT. The work trucks filled the parking lot every night. There were some major storms and flooding in the area at the time and the workers were pleasant whenever we saw them so no big deal, we just wished we had had a smoking room.

We would stay here again if we go to Memphis in May. The drive into (and out of) Memphis isn't bad and we didn't pay ridiculous prices for a room in Memphis.

Our room was $60 & we stayed only 1 night, but just because you are cheaper than other hotels town doesn't mean you should not keep the rooms in decent shape. Stains on the carpet & tiles, broken tiles, not all channels on the TV worked, mold around the tub & on the ceiling of the shower area, the toilet not only needed to be replaced but it walked due to poor installation, the toilet seat was so old it was missing paint & looked dirty even if it was cleaned with bleach. Also when we checked in the front desk person was so busy talking to her boss on the phone to offer proper customer service. Did not waste our time checking out the breakfast. & they were apparently having problems with their "free wifi."
