We are just back from a fortnight here and thought overall this was a good hotel and value for money. The receptionists were good at speaking English and we always found them helpful. Food was good-a reasonable buffet selection for breakfast and dinner. Dining room had nice informal atmosphere.
Our room was kept clean but we were disappointed we never had a balcony. On saying that when we booked it did say that a balcony was not guaranteed but we thought that if we were there for a fortnight we would have been given one. Next time we would book a superior room.
Location is perfect and not noisy at night even although you are right on the front.

good place to stay in puerto soller, very spacious rooms, super balcony, good choice meal times, mainly german clientel.cheesy evening entertainment.attentive staff, reasonably priced drinks, a good choice to stay.

We stayed in Eden for 4 nights. We got a very poor welcome by the male receptionist he needs to smile more!!. no information was given by him of the hotel facilities and the where abouts of everything on arrival. The beds are rock hard. The hotel is very clean but is outdated. The pool is very nice but the sun beds are very close together. We found the food ok but some of the hot dishes were barely warm. Nice breakfast. Again the staff in the eating area were not very friendly no welcome or smile when arrived each day and the drinks system was not explained. Its an ok hotel nothing more.

Based on some previous reviews we were very agreeably surprised. Lovely large clean room with a sea view, nice staff and lots of facilities. We booked via easyjet holidays, and felt we got excellent value for money. The evening buffet main courses could be a bit better, but we never left feeling hungry. Five star it ain't, but it is an excellent Three, and doesn't deserve to be so far down the TA rankings
