This was our 2nd visit 3 years after the first. The finca is still fantastic and the seting perfect for a quiet get away whilst being close to Soller & Port de Soller.

Nico was as accommodating as before but it appears that we were the first guests of the year. The pool was empty and some of the orange and lemon groves around the finca were a bit unkempt. I understand that Mallorca is suffering with the general finincial problems but a little more attention to detail would be apreciated. Some of this is probably due to the rose tinted spectacles of the previous visit.
Also with the exchange rate so poor, this is an expensive option for travelling British Toursists at the moment.

Still a great location but probably wouldn't go back a third time but you never know!

We stayed at the house for an extended bank holiday weekend in May. Nico, the owner, was incredibly helpful and the house is very well located. It is just a few minutes drive from Soller (very cute old town) and a few minutes from Port Soller (great port town). There are lots of good eating destinations close by and the ktichen at the house is great for cooking in. We will definetly be back!

We stayed at the Finca for four days with our two infants and three friends. It was a fantastic stay. Nico (the owner) was all ready for us when we arrived with two cots set up for the babies and some groceries in the refrigerator since we arrived too late to go to the shops. Mallorca has a very casual feel and the property was very relaxing.

The location is rustic and beautiful, with great access to Soller (5 mins by car) and Deia (about 20 mins by car). There is a wonderful terrace with a long table that was great for long lunches and a BBQ. The pool is slightly down the hill from the house, but it is not too far.

The house surpassed our expectations, both in size and amenities. Having rented other holiday homes in UK, Italy, France and Greece I thought that the Finca was appropriately priced and well worth the visit. We will definitely be going back and will certainly recommend the house to friends.
