We stayed some days at the Blomberg Burghotel. We had some difficulty finding the town, but is was worth it.
The rooms were kept tidy and clean but the socalled “Vorburg”rooms don’t really breath a medieval atmosphere.
Nevertheless the rest of the hotel was beautiful. The breakfasts and dinners were good and the staff were really attentive (kind and helpful; quick response by email; arrangements of all kinds of activities; an extra folding chair during an excursion etc). Courtesy also to Veronica, the guide of a German group, who gave us a hike to the socalled “Osterraederlauf”, thank you!
