Stayed 10 days using Hausern as a base to explore the Black Forest and the local Switzerland area.
Claudius and Birgit were friendly and helpful hosts. Hotel facilities were all that we required with a large well appointed room. As we were on a budget, we didn't take the balcony room which would have cost more.
We found the hotel well placed for access to the areas we wanted to visit and the local policy of giving a free public transport pass for the trains and buses meant that we could avoid the traffic when visiting places like Freiberg.
Would holiday at the Hotel Waldlust again and recommend the hotel for anyone who is not looking for 5 star facilities.
