Too make a long story short I wont go into how we ended up at the trash lodge but hotel party going on to our conjoining room of loud drunk teens. Flys mateing from the ceiling so many it leads me to believe there was a nest some where, bathtub was discolored a bloody red in some parts, Ac/heating unit was knocked off and the top layed on the floor next to the part that was connected with the ground, poop stained the bath tub, room reaked of ciggarettes and if you actually stayed a night in this place no doubt you would wake up itching. Not to mention barking dogs and cats that lurked in the room. Apparently this place is pet friendly but not health friendly. I would not take my shoes off and we contemplated staying in our economy car instead of that room incase we couldnt find anything else bc everything was booked due to craft fair weekend. We ended up staying on the floor at my sisters hotel room at the marriot. My b/f and I are both not used to luxerys but in this place you can be assured your basic means of living wont even be met. The hotel staff is very friendly and understanding and was not even phased when I say we are not staying here. I did not get a refund because I surpassed the 10 minute allotted I dont want to stay here time because I was busy calling other hotels and didnt even sit down once since the only place to sit was the bed. There was a fireplace table (table that looked it had been set on fire) but no chair. Wouldnt wish this place on anyone that was not on some sort of powerful substance. We are not fine dining people but this place defines the term "bottom of the barrel" I would go one step further and say got out before you get bitten by bed bugs, lice, fleas or contract something you cant wipe off.

I've stayed there in Springdale to attend a relative's wedding. It was my worst stay ever at a Travelodge property. Normally the rooms have refrigerators or a microwave. My room did not have either. I complained to the front desk, but their only solution was to move me to another room. I couldn't really sleep when they have little kids running around and drunks hanging outside. The front desk staff was the only good thing.

We stayed here for one night, and one night only. When we opened the hotel room, it smelt like someone had sprayed a bunch of perfume to cover up a smell. I'll never know if there was a smell or not, because I sprayed Febreze and my own perfume to get rid of the other nasty perfume! After about 15 minutes, we realized there were GNATS in the room with us. It was absolutely disgusting. Not only that, but pull up the blanket on the bed, and what do you see? Hair. Yes. Ew. When we woke up, we started packing up. The cleaning ladies started going around with shopping carts, "cleaning" the rooms. We had our curtains wide open, so they could see us packing our things up. And the lady did, because she walked by 3 times and stared in QUITE rudely, and did the 3rd time a split second before she knocked on the door and said "HOUSE CLEANING" ...um, you just looked in our window, and we aren't done packing? WHY EVEN DO IT?

I will NOT be back.

Ok, I'll start with the good...the people were actually pretty nice. My brother got a room that the a/c didn't work, so they gave him another room that the a/c didn't work in...so, third time was the charm, and finally found a working a/c. After we checked out, I realized I had left all of my necklaces hung up in the room, I called, and they had them at the front desk. No problems there (except 3 rooms to finally get a working air conditioner in 100+ degree weather? Now, for the bad. In my room, the carpet was sticky and gross. I got bit multiple times by fleas, saw 2 roaches in my room. Had I known I was going to be dealing with fleas, I would have brought my own bug bombs. I was pretty much disgusted. I'm no princess, who expects to dine on china trimmed in gold, but, come on! Clean carpets and no bugs is a minor thing to ask. The front desk clerks response? "We have a lot of travelers with pets." Never crossed anyone's mind to get an exterminator in there on occasion? I was far from impressed. Had I known how bad the situation was going to be, I'd have eaten Taco Bell more and spent a bit more on the room. Officially the worst hotel I've been in, and I've seen some bad hotels.
