I stay in the hotel and they have a bar in the 8th floor. My bedroom was in the 5th floor and I hear the music from the bar clearly perfect. When I call reception to say that i want to sleep they say that they are not responsible for the bar !!!!!. Then they give me another bedroom at the firt floor and ask me at 2 o´clock in the morning to make my suitcase. I refused. When i was in the first florr a lot of noise from the street. I say o my god that´s not posibble i want to slepp. I call again and they say sorry madame theres no more bedrooms. When i say ok im moving for another hotel but you pay my bedroom suddenly they foun another bedroom in the 2nd floor with no windows!!!n but finally i sleep well.

“Good Place but service could be better”
This is a nice place but they need to spend more time training thier staff. Is there anyone that works there that's over 18? They are polite but don't have enough knowledge about certain things like helping make phone calls.
One person did help us use a meeting room for a bit but the service was a bit robotic. Would appreciate more intelligent, thoughtful service. The hotel itself is nice and has pretty good accomodations.

“money rules”
Modern style hotel, simple but nice decoration, very clean and comfortable. It is not far away from main atracctions streets. I think that gives a honest value to your money compare to other similar hotels. It has a bar on the upper floor where you can have nice views of the city and meet locals.
