we are staying at this hotel for last four years. each of our stay is more and more enjoyable. hotel is nice clean and friendly staff .

This was the worse experience we have ever had. I paid cash for 12 rooms and they charged my credit card also. Two familes found bugs and roaches in their rooms, and one family found it in the kids bed. Also had one room that the tolet over flowed. The hotel staff brought the guest a plunger and walked off. I'm having to contact visa to have them stop charges that were paid in cash. The staff was very poor at accommodating groups. I had them calling me on my cell phone until 10.39 at night. Would never reccommend this Hotel in Jacksonville,AR. The manager Cookie continued to call my cell phone the following Monday harrassing.

Spent two nights while attending local baseball tournament. The hotel is new, well maintained, clean, with nice amenities including flat screen TV and comfortable beds and friendly hotel staff.

Nice place to stay. Some of the rooms on the 1st floor have a small patio that enters to the outdoor pool. Staff were nice and very helpful. Would definetly stay again.
