Just returned after spending a week with Catherine and David, nothing was too much trouble for them, I was made to feel at home immediately.
The Breakfasts were truly wonderful and kept us going all day! Porridge, Kippers and full "English" which also included haggis and black pudding if desired - I thoroughly recommend it all.
The guest house is very comfortable and in a good position for exploring the local area with its stunning scenery, mountains, hills, lochs, rivers and waterfalls also within easy reach of places slightly further away. There is an old slate quarry at the end of the road which is worth exploring.
There is a local pub at the end of the road which also serves food and a co-op food store open for very long hours next door to that.
I would certainly return.

“This is the place where you want to stay...”
We spent a week at Fern Villa and we really enjoyed it.
If you are in the area and want a cosy and comfortable place to stay, Fern Villa is the obvious choice for you.
The owners, Catherine and David are very friendly and attentive hosts, with a great local knowledge of the area. Breakfast is superb, especially the kipper and David`s award winning porridge.
Thanks guys, keep up the good work and David, good luck for this year`s competition!

“Excellent place with a warm welcome.”
Very friendly couple who served a fantastic breakfast where nothing was forgotten. As we left in the morning David guided us out onto the road and waved us off.

“Great and friendly people”
This is ideal place to stay if planning a tour around Glencoe and Fort William as its set in between both its in a nice quiet enviroment with a small co-op and a local pub where u can get food at the bottom of the road many thanks lovely stay made to feel very welcome.
Room Tip: rooms are not huge but very comfortable and cosy with tele and on suit
