My partner and I recently visited Padstow for a couple of days and stayed at the Roselyn B&B. The hosts were welcoming and friendly. The room was as described, clean and had all the extras that were needed. There was fresh milk abd bottled water available in the fridge in the room - the fridge is slient which means you can have a good nights sleep. The wooden louvres on the windows were great. The B&B is set in a residential area but there is free parking at the back of the property and the hosts provide great walking directions down to the town/beach.

This B & B was extremely clean with very comfortable beds
The owners were extremely friendly & helpful
Breakfast was superb
Nothing was to much trouble
Would recommend & stay in this B & B again

This B&B was one of the most welcoming that I have been to in a long time, a family home that is extended to all who stay there, the rooms are spotless/comfy and every amenity catered for, it was nice to have fresh milk in the fridge for our coffee's. the couple who run the B&B were really nice and nothing was too much trouble,very quiet of a night, so you can your head down for the next day .location was ideal with off street parking and secure.large supermarket at the top of the street.Breakfast great and local produce used.great start to the day when out walking the local area. harbour 10 minutes walk away and even a short cut map provided. well done to jilly and Joff

Bev & I stayed at Roselyn on 6 July 2010 and were made to feel welcome from the outset,the Petroc room was superb with lovely wooden louvres on the windows rather than drab curtains which enabled me to keep the windows open on a hot night without flapping curtains.The room had a fridge with fresh milk & 2 bottles of mineral water supplied at no extra charge ( a nice touch) ,plus there was a big folder with plenty of info about padstow & surrounding areas and a street map showing you how to walk to the Harbour(another nice touch)
Car parking on the premises and a truly super cooked breakfast with all locally sought produce rounded off a great experience.
