As part of a group of ten taking part in a 130 mile sponsored walk for charity we would probably have been happy to rest our heads anywhere, under a sheet on the street corner, but fortunately we had booked into this charming place. All the staff were super friendly, delighted to welcome us, and honestly made our stay a wonderful experience. They were totally flexible with our dinner and breakfast plans (which must have been an inconvenience to them as we all arrived at different times) and didn't even bat an eyelid when ten stinky walkers came tramping through their pristine reception area. They were extremely understanding when we slathered our deep heat on at the breakfast table and could not have been more accommodating. The rooms were so beautiful, the one I stayed in had a heavenly bed, tea-making facilities and biscuits, wi-fi, a hairdryer, a perfect sized bathroom, and (most importantly) a huge bath I could soak my tired everything in. After my stay here I felt completely re-charged and ready to march on towards Bristol. This place was the absolute pinnacle of all the stopovers on our trip, I don't have one bad thing to say. I would absolutely recommend the Three Swans to everyone and would happily stay there again.
