My husband and I just have to endorse what everyone else has said about Ocean View. It is a totally amazing place to stay. Large comfortable bedrooms, nice lounge from which to enjoy the view and read the books and a lovely dining room where Helena serves an absolutely superb breakfast. This is probably one of the cleanest most comfortable B & Bs we have ever stayed at. The convenience of Kitty Kelly's restaurant added to the enjoyment of our stay. We will return!!

What an unbelievably fantastic place to stay.Superb accomodation,excellent breakfast and wonderful owner;Helena is very knowledgable about the local area and gives excellent advice about what to see,where to go,restaurants,beaches etc.Stunningly beautiful views from the bedroom and breakfast room.Comfortable lounge with an interesting selection of books about Ireland.I wish we could have stayed longer!Also,right next door to an award-winning restaurant.Simply perfect!

My husband Tom and I have been going to Ireland yearly since 1999. We first stayed with Helena at that time, and have returned to Ocean View anytime we are in Donegal. She has, by far, one of the most beautiful B&Bs we have encountered in our years of traveling, and her powers as a hostess are unbeaten. Her B&B has a breathtaking ocean view (as its name implies!), and the rooms are luxurious and tastefully decorated. Breakfast is served overlooking the Atlantic Ocean from a cosy dining room, and the lounge is large and welcoming. Above all, Helena is a delightful hostess, warm and welcoming, and makes you feel like an old friend. I also very much like that her lovely B&B is within walking distance of a wonderful gourmet restaurant, Kitty Kelly's. We hope to continue returning to Ocean View for a long time to come!

What a wonderful B & B! We only stayed for three days, but I wish we could have stayed longer. The rooms are beautiful, individually furnished, extremely clean and very comfortable, and the view is breathtaking. The hosts are wonderful and very helpful. Breakfast is so delicious, and it is served in a room with a great sea view - so you'd love to spend all morning over coffee/tea and "full Irish". You want to explore the area and feel like coming home every day anew? Then this is the right place.
