We stayed in Hotel Kastenholz in February for 3 nights. It is in a remote location but the purpose of our visit was to race on the Nurburgring! The staff were very friendly and hotel was spotless clean. We had a Superior room with wonderful views of the game park (deer) and surrounding area from our balcony. The restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner were delicious. The room was spacious and very clean. Bed very comfortable and bathroom modern & stylish! The only downside in our room was the TV - lovely LCD but all channels were in German. The hotel is based in a remote area but it was only 20 mins from the Nurburgring - which was amazing, such a thrill. I do recommend Sat Nav if you are hiring a car - we dont know how we would have found our way from Dusseldorf airport without it! We will stay in Hotel Kastenholz again for our next trip to the Nurburgring :-)
