We stayed in Ribe for only one night, at the Bjerrumgaard B&B -- definitely a real gem of a place in Ribe. It's just outside of town, perhaps a 10minute walk to the Weis Stue (center of town, where the Ribe Night Watchman tour starts).
The rooms are in a converted stable and are large, clean, well-appointed and the bathrooms are great! We had french doors opening out to a small sitting area outside, with a larger garden, and access to the kitchen at all times for coffee, milk, etc. We were welcomed in warmly and left the car to walk into town. here is a large area for parking, which is very nice.
Breakfast was the standard array of cold dishes (bread, cheese, meat, cucumbers, cereal, juice and yogurt served in the small sitting room.
Our only complain was that the rooms are not very soundproofed -- we could hear every word of the conversation in the next room, so we were careful to be very quiet!!
Lovely hosts, great spacious room, comfortable bed. Definitely a great choice for Ribe.
