We stayed here on the way to Fort Smith on 10/7/2010. The gentlemen at the front desk was SO NICE. Very professional. However - we checked into one room in the bottom level - I think 100 - and it smelled like someone had burnt something in the microwave, the toilet was not totally clean (water stains -nothing else), the maid staff had not turned off the TV and the ironing board was leaned against a wall....it looked like there was someone already in the room. Also - the air unit did not work - so it was stuffy!!! So we switched to room 234. This room didn't smell - but it was just suspect. There was a cheap walmart futon stuck in a corner (I mean really - just buy a cheap hotel couch - they are not that pricey), the curtains looked like they had been in a ball on the floor only to be hung as a after thought, there was a jar top under the air unit and some odd splatter on the wall. Other than the staff being so nice - all I can say nice about this place is there were no bed bugs!
