We've stayed here a number of times and have always been pleased. Hear the train every now and then but it's background noise. The room is always cleaned early and the staff is wonderful. We will continue to stay here. If the management is intereste, I would love a ceiling fan in the room!!!!

What a gorgeous hotel, super, everything just perfect. The rates are even very good. The breakfast was super, even bacon & sausage, everything. Nothing was missing at breakfast. The lady staffing the breakfast room was super nice, very friendly and kept everything perfect. If anyone needs a hotel in Surprise, stay at this Comfort Inn & Suites. If we should ever get to Surprise again, know we'll stay at this hotel.

We stayed for 4 nights in early October 2010. The place was clean, the staff great, the breakfast awesome. We heard that train, but having lived in places with trains it was background noise. Did not use the pool but it seemed ok. The bed was way too comfortable, especially after a really long flight. Surprise is a great town with so many things to do. Hotel is close to everything including Cardinals Staduim. Will always stay at this hotel when in the area.

We stayed 1 night while attending a baseball tournament. Hotel staff was kind and courteous, breakfast attendant was great. Getting a good deal this time of year isn't common with spring training and we chose a hotel with good reviews that was relatively cheap. We were not expecting a great sleep and luxurious accommodations. Exceptionally clean in all areas, ample parking. Breakfast was good with a large variety bagels, pastries, sausage patties, bacon, premade omelets, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, cereals. Our issues are few but should be noted. Train tracks run very close to this property and we were awakened at 3:20am by the repeated whistle. Since no one else commented on this, maybe it's not common. There is a large gap at the bottom of the door and lots of light shines through from the hall. The AC worked well but was loud each time it turned on. Overall it wasn't a good night's sleep but for a day or two if the rate is significantly cheaper, consider this property. The internet worked great and there was no extra charge. They also accept pets so expect to see some around the property. While we didn't use the pool, it was small but clean.
