We have used this hotel many times in the past and have never been disappointed. The reception staff is always helpful and courteous.
The food in the restaraunt is a bit pricey, however the rooms are clean and comfortable.

This hotel is about six miles outside of Globe, Az. on the Apache reservation. Nothing else around except the smoke filled casino. If your only desire is to smoke and gamble, this may be the place for you.

Our room.....somebody had pulled the frame off of the back side of the balcony slider door, the coffee maker was plugged in to the recepticle that was controlled by the wall switch and the light in the other recepticle. the bathroom sink drain barely drained.......just a lot of maintenance issues.

We were traveling with several other couples and they all had similar maintenance issues. The next time we'd stay at one of the hotels in town.

We're all non smokers and we went to the restaurant for dinner. After only a few minutes of breathing the smoke filled air we had to get up and leave to find someplace with clean air, to eat.

They do have a very nice gym, pool and spa. But not even so much as a continental breakfast. The high speed internet didn't work.

I would not recommend this place to anybody.

This was the third or fourth stay at this hotel. Although it is associated with the Apache Gold Casino, it is als a very well run hotel. The rooms are large, clean and airy. This time we stayed in a suite, which is very good vaklue for the price, especially if you are travelling with kids.

The food in the casino, where you also have breakfast with a complimentary coupon, is typical casino food. Not gourmet, but OK. Service is fast. Overall, the petrsonnel in the Hotel and in the casion dinin facilities is efficient and very friendly.

The AZ 77 route between San Carlos (7 miles east of G;obe) and Tucson is 100 miles and in parts very scenic. The same also applies to going north on AZ 77 to Holbrook.

My friend and I stayed here to visit Globe and do a little gambling at the Apache Gold Casino. The room was really nice. Cleanliness was a real positive after our stay at a Comfort Inn that was NOT clean. There were two chairs which made it easy for us to play some cards at the desk. The staff was very helpful as was an unknown stranger who found my tennis shoes in the parking lot and turned them in at the desk. The beds were comfy, the TV, although not a flat screen, worked well. All the small details were there. It was a very pleasant stay!
