I had to stay in this room for one night because of a mix up in transportation. When I phoned through the airport the man who picked up I could hardly hear anything he was saying on the phone. I got someone to pay for my room online because I didn't have much money on me. But when I got there the manager refused to let me have a room because I didn't have the credit card present on me, I understand where he comes from with credit card frauds and what not, but him belittling me made me upset. I ended up using what little money I had left to pay for a room. When I got into my room I could hear everything happening to the left and right side of the walls. When I checked for internet WiFi like they advertised all connections were locked. I looked around and found nothing that told what the password was.
I only got probably two or three hours of sleep and the loud bangs of people opening and closing their doors throughout the night drove me nuts. In the morning I went down for the free breakfast they advertised. No eggs or toast, just bran flake cereal and OJ.
The only thing good about this motel was probably it being clean. But if I ever get stuck in Phoenix again, I am NOT staying here.
