After staying at a many different hotels and hostels since arriving in South America, I got here to Ushuaia a couple night ago. When we walked it we found a great friendly staff. The desk clerk spok English perfectly, while I am trying hard to,learn Spanish it was nice to talk English again.

To walk into a hotel and be greeted with a honest smile and laugh, not the ones put on for you, was great.

The entire staff was warm, friendly, super super helpful and just great all around.

My room ,105, was clean and comfortable. it was nice to be able to open a window, get some fresh air without a lot of noise.

If I ever come back here this would be my hotel of choice.

It is a lovely hotel and very well located. The bedroom was spacious and very comfortable with great vew. The bed was great. The bathroom was comfortable and with hairdryer and heating. Great pillows and towels. Free Wi-fi in the bedrooms. Also free security box in the bedroom. Free Internet spot in the lobby. The man at the front desk was very nice, as well as the other members of the stuff. The breakfast buffet was good but basic.

Great suprise to stay in a little but yet lovely hotel. Very nice location, clean rooms and friendly staff.

Only thing that I would add to this hotel would be a restaurant. Breakfast was good yet limited.

We spent a week here while skiing at Cerro Castor. Very good location (a short walk to restuarants), nice clean rooms, good breakfast, very helpful staff. We were not impressed with the view from our room though, which was the local Ford Car Dealership show room and parking lot. Ask for a room facing the channel.

We plan on staying here again next year.
