We stayed for four nights in one of the "cabanas," which is not a stand-alone cabin, but a very nice large place, with separate living room/kitchen and bedroom. It was cold while we were there, so it was nice having the fireplace, although it was like pulling teeth to get firewood each day. Trash was not removed from the room any of the days we were there. One day we returned from a hike mid-afternoon and no service at all had been done! We were the only ones staying at the hotel, which perhaps accounts for the indifferent service we received. We have found that both in hotels and at restaurants, if you are the only customers, people don't pay attention. Having said that, the place is in a wonderful location at the edge of town but close to everything, the room was spacious and warm, and the breakfast, which was brought to our room, was generous. We have to think that the lapse in service was an anomaly, so we are giving them the benefit of the doubt and giving them a good rating.
