I was very disappointed with my stay on the 19th. Everything was fine until I turned my bed shhet back and saw it was full of hair. It obiviously had not been changed. I call the desk and asked for another room but was told they were full. They did send someone up to change the sheets with fresh linnens. Later i thought i would take a shower and found the tube had not been cleaned and there was a partially used bar of soap with hair on it on the ledge. I was discusted. I asked the manage for something to be done and was told nothing could be done for me. I will never stay at any Best Western Due to this visit.

We were attending a cancer fundraiser in Gilbert, so we spent the night here. I was pleasantly surprised. The placed was spotless! The staff was friendly and helpful.
We had a couple of beers, and some snacks in the little lounge before we went out, the snacks were tasty, and the beers were only $2.00 a piece. The only thing my husband did NOT like was the coffee at the breakfast bar. This is a man who knows his coffee, and he said it tasted like they sprinkled a handful of coffee into the pot, and added water. The towels were a little rough, like they were new and hadn't been washed prior to use. Other than those 2 insignificant items, this place is great!

hotel was nice but there was dog or cat poo in the bathroom under the sink we called the night manager but said that he was the only one there and couldnt do anything so in the morning we took it to the day manager he couldnt do anything because we booked on the computer through a third party the main maniger called me and said they have a no pet policy and the people that stayed there before us did not have a pet but someone did and it was not us the only thing they did becides almost calling me a lier was give us 15%off our next stay if we ever go back wow!!

The hotel was very nicely decorated, plus quality furnishings with comfy beds and pillows. I had taken my own pillow with me but didn't need to use it.
The staff were excellent. Breakfast very good. Pool lovely with quality towels provided. Our room window looked out onto the wall of the next building section so a trifle disappointed with that. Perhaps scenic murals should be painted on these walls as a view substitute. The business center was available for free which allowed access to the web.
We had read about the cattle odor on another hotel review website. We did not experience this until our last night (night number 3). The smell was pretty gross. We asked the staff about it who informed us that the smell came from a nearby dairy farm. Also, I sympathize with the reviewer that mentioned noise from the next door rooms. This was also a problem that we encountered but it was not unbearable, especially with our A/C unit blasting away. That helped cover up the noise of next door's crying baby, or loud TV. Very nice hotel...shame about the farm smell though.
