We stayed here for two nights whilst we visited the falls. We chose the Panoramic for its central location to the town of Puerto Iguazu - many of the jungle lodges are quite isolated.

This is a really nice hotel, with impressive communal areas and lovely pool with great views of the river. Our room was clean and comfortable with a huge bed, no balcony though. Wifi passwords are available from reception at 40 pesos for 24 hours - we did do this and the connectivity was fine.

The walk down to the town is only about 5 mins, past a slightly scary dark corner, but we walked it twice both nights and had no problems. There are plenty of restaurants and bars - we were really glad to experience this instead of being 'stuck' in a jungle lodge for the two nights.

Breakfast was very nice, lots of choice. The sunny breakfast room was nicely decorated with comfortable furniture.

We tried out luck in the casino one night, tempted by the free drink vouchers - it was nicely busy and we played a bit of blackjack - didn't win though! Overall, a great hotel.

We made a 3 nights trip to the waterfalls and stayed in the hotel. The staff of the hotel was helpfull and friendly. The service at the pool and in the restaurants was very good. The rooms were OK. Best of the hotel is the pool and the view over the river. With no doubt we can recommend a stay in the panoramic hotel.

Had the best stay during our 11-day Argentina trip.

Property Grounds - beautiful landscape; nice open-air pool; we cooled off after a long day of sitting by the pool.

Room - like the previous comment the standard room was very small and lack of view (cleaniness was not an issue though). We had an upgrade to the river view room that came with a lovely balcony, well worth every penny!

Food - hot buffet breakfast with abundant choices; didn't try their lunch/dinner so can't recommend.

Spa - didn't have time to try the spa but it looked very promising

We stayed here 3 nights towards the end of our SA tour. Nice room with views of 3 countries...great breakfast- wonderful pool- reception staff polite and helpful-wi fi worked..
The resturant was good ( not great) but after long day at the falls, an easy and nice option instead of heading into town.
We arranged with our taxi man who drove us on our arrival from the airport- to take us to the falls- 100 arg pes ...ansd we caught the bus back for 10arg pes...then a 15min walk to the hotel..on reflection we should have got the bus both ways.
wished we had time to stay a week
