We stayed for 2 nights (420 pesos, 75 euros per night). The rooms are clean but very basic and do not have aircondition like promised on the website. Walls and doors are thin and you hear every noise of people and children around. The bed was uncomfortable and me and my wife couldnt sleep well. The pool in the garden is clean and you can borrow free towels.
Although the owner of the house is very friendly and gives great sightseeing and redtaurant tips for the area, the customer service is unattentive. Generally there is no one at the reception and it takes 15 - 20 minutes until you find the staff. Although breakfast is promised between 8.30 and 10 we had to wait 20 minutes every morning until someone would serve us. Breakfast is very basic and you will only get fresh bread, cakes, marmelade, orange juice and tea or coffee. Neither sausages and cheese are not available nor a buffet.
If you are looking for great customer service and privacy this is not your place. You pay a hotel and get a hostel service. For families an option but not for couples.
