We have just spent 3 nights in Mine Hotel and from start to finish the staff were fantastic. They are what makes the hotel so good and a step up from everyother hotel we've stayed at for the past 4 weeks.
Perfect location and quiet. Fresh, bright and clean rooms. Huge breakfast selection and good food.
All staff are English speaking and all were so polite and helpful and organised transport and tours for us.
Well worth the extra money to stay here.

A truly outstanding hotel, where nothing was too much trouble for the friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Beautiful quiet room with whirlpool bath, outstanding breakfast, lunch and dinner menus looked delicious, great location for boutique wandering, and fantastic service, service, service.
Traveling on my own, it was very reassuring to be so well looked after, and friends who visited who were staying in a different - more expensive - hotel wished they had booked Mine.
I cannot remember being so impressed with a hotel anywhere in the world.

We stayed at the Mine at the end of our cruise and couldn't have made a better choice. The location, decor, food and personnel were all wonderful. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Buenos Aires.

We arrived at the Mine Hotel after a long flight from Ushuaia and were welcomed by a lovely, smiling young woman. Her smile set the tone for the rest of our stay. From the moment that she greeted us and escorted us to our room, we knew we had made the best choice for a hotel in Buenos Aires. The service is impeccable from the helpfulness of the front desk staff to the attentiveness of the staff in the restaurant to the attention to detail of the housekeeping staff. Everyone is cheerful and helpful. The recommendations from the front desk for meals and places to go were spot on. The location is wonderful for wandering around and sitting at cafes. The hotel is surprisingly quiet. (I recommend the rooms that face onto the pool.) The usual hotel noise was noticeably absent. Overall, my one regret is that the Mine is only in Buenos Aires.
