We had an absolutely terrifc experience at this lovely boutique hotel in chic Palermo Soho area of BA. The staff were especially helpful with all our requests, from dinner suggestions, walking abouts, breakfasts, helping store luggage. I look forward to another visit there!!

Very nice little boutique hotel. Great and very helpfull staff. Cool interior. The bathroom is very small and basic. Because it is an old, narrow house there are no windows in the room, which we missed.
Breakfast was great. We loved the warm croissants.

Great staff, lovely rooms, cool decor - a fine place to stay in Palermo, although you may find the price a bit steep, particularly if you shop around for deals elsewhere in town. A friend who travels for business all around the world on a regular basis said the staff here were some of the best he'd ever encountered. Helpful, respectful, and always willing to go that extra mile. By all means use them to arrange sight-seeing tours, find a place to buy a SIM card, etc. etc. As one staff member said, "It's our pleasure!", and you can tell they really mean it.
