Nice, basic, Argentine style hotel. One of the more inexpensive hotels in Buenos Aires that I would recommend. Nice lobby with sitting area. Good security. Desk staff has limited or no english but helpful and efficient. Nice dining area where the free breakfast is served. Two elevators. Rooms are very simple and a bit dated. However, they are clean and secure. Small wall mounted TV. Decent bathroom with tub/shower. A short walk to Florida/9 de Julio or Puerto Madero. The desk can arrange for cabs or remis service. This hotel can fill up in the winter when BA is hoping. I believe preference and discounts are given to members of the Argentine military but excess rooms are sold to the general public. I have stayed here several times and no complaints. If you looking for the Ritz then look elsewhere. If you want a simple inexpensive place to sleep, shower and call home. This is your hotel.
