Gorgeous hotel right on the water with all the amenities you expect from a 5 star hotel. Staff are super friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome. They were accommodating to any needs or requests we had. The hotel is beautiful, clean and the rooms are spacious and gorgeous.

My husband and I spent 3 days here and we were treated so graciously. The hotel is beautiful with amazing views of Plettenberg Bay. Everyone @ the hotel was wonderful and did everything they could possibly do to create a memorable visit.

We have come here for the last 3 years each time staying for longer. The staff are warm and welcoming, the rooms are beautiful, the views stunning and the food is excellent.

My hubby and I were lucky to get a room in this beautiful hotel, driving through Plettenburg Bay. We were greeted by a wonderfully friendly lady by the name of Belinda, at reception who was so willing to assist us for the night. We chose a suite with a balcony but could quite easily have not taken the balcony option. The view we had from our room was spectacular looking out over the lagoon and bay. We had dinner and breakfast which were both absolutely delicious.. Cudos to the chef! At breakfast, we were greeted by both the Hotel Manager and her Assistant Manager ensuring our stay was comfortable, which showed just how seriously they understand how important customer satisfaction is. All the staff were exceptionally friendly. If we're ever needing a place to stay in Plett again, the choice is obvious!
