“Terrible Hospitality, Terrible Rooms. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT”
My wife and I thought we would take a night off and head to Globe AZ. Now I have had to have my sheets changed UPON CHECK IN many times from WA to TX to AZ, but this time the sheets were actually clean, so it started off OK. We were very excited when we saw the jacuzzi tub, which we paid just under $80 for, and were looking forward to a nice relaxing time.But No. The tub has a dirty ring around the whole thing. So my wife took the soap we had and cleaned it prior to us using it. She filled the tub and ran the soapy water through it and for some reason there was water seeping from somewhere but I just shrugged it off thinking she had caused the water on the floor, So we soaked it up with the couple small towels we had and had to get more. Later after the casino, we came back to take a bath and relax before going to bed. Guess what happened. I filled the tub and went to get in and the bathroom floor was once again flooded, So I told the manager and asked for a refund of at least half, and he was the rudest person I have met in long time. He said we must have broken it and that he would not give us any money back. Then he started yelling at me some more. Now I ask you this, if I never even took a bath, how could I have broken it. Now I knew why the tub was filthy upon check-in. They did not wash it because it would have happened to them. I have stayed in many motel 6,s and have never been treated so badly. If I was the owner of this establishment, I would fire that manger of whatever he was.
Room Tip: I would not stay here if I were you.
