5 of 5 stars Reviewed 9 February 2012

The girls ran away to Globe for a quick getaway.. we stayed at the Chrysocolla Inn.. it was lovely! Beautiful rooms (we checked them ALL out)..Holly, Heidi and Rosemary were wonderful and the breakfast was great.. a perfect get away.. We will definitely be back.. with our hubby's next time. The ajoining suites are perfect for a 2 couple trip!

“Hospitality Galore”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 January 2012

We didn't stay at the Inn, but instead were invited there for a NYE party by the owner's friends as we vacationing in Globe. It's GORGEOUS. The family spent 8 year restoring it and it shows. Lovely hardwoods, beautiful rooms, and great social spaces. Holly, the owner (with other family members) was so welcoming & down-to-earth. Anyone would be lucky to stay there.

“Most charming B & B ... I will be back!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 7 September 2011

Beautifully and meticulously restored to its turn of the century charm, this former miner’s boarding house provides a comfortable and inviting place to rest ones weary body after a day of antique shopping in Globe. Graceful and elegant, each room is inspired and inviting. The hosts, Holly & Rosemary Rooney, are charming and graciously welcoming, providing around the clock service to meet every need. Rich in history and ambiance, this bed and breakfast is a “must stay” on your visit to Globe. Holly’s strawberry crepes are delectable, quickly becoming the house specialty, and dare I say well known around town as well? Don’t pass them up!

“Diamond in the rough”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 6 September 2011

The good... Super cool building, old boarding house with cool history from miners. Great rooms. Great sitting areas both inside and (especially) outside in garden (albeit small) and balcony/deck. Quiet. Comfortable bed. As with most B&B's very hospitable hosts.

The not so good... As it has been recently remodeled and just opened there is some attention to detail that needs addressed, such as buckling paneling in bathroom, some painting detail, some construction cleanup and a few other things like that around that just made it feel like the remodel was just not quite done. They did not know how to work wireless, so only after trying different combinations of the pass code was I able to get it to work. Pit in ground next door was a neighboring house was recently removed. Breakfast was not served until 8, which made it a little difficult as a biz traveler.

Room Tip: Upper floor is quieter, but all rooms are nice.
