Unfortunately, I had to come to Globe, for a family funeral. My family and I drove in to town early hours of the morning (Around 2 am). The Staff, Robert was very alert and gave my self and wife a welcome as if it was normal business hours.
Once we got in to the room, it smelled fresh and looked very clean, the bed was as if it belonged in a high-end resort! The TV was amazing, it was a 42 inch!!!
They served a continental breakfast from 6am to 9am that was more than I expected from a town like globe.
Later found out my other family member stayed at the Day Inn and Motel 6, and I had the best room out of the group, that the next night they check out and came over the Quality Inn.
I can honestly say, The Quality Inn is the ARISTOCRATIC, hotel for Globe Arizona!

120 dollars and not worth 40 staff are rude cheaper to stay at the casino and nicer rooms

This Quality Inn, in Globe, AZ, is degraded from all levels. Very rude and pathetic people. Worst customer service and hospitality. My issues were not resolved. I got a crappy room, that felt like animals lived in it. I could hear everything going on outside of my room. Very few items in the breakfast, and most of it was gone. I ended up eating breakfast elsewhere. I will not stay here again.

This motel was a Mountain View Inn the previous time I stayed here. We noticed it was now a Quality Inn, so we decided to stay, expecting higher standard. As we waited, getting checked in, manager continued remain on phone chatting in some indian language in his little office, Upon entering our room, it looked as if everything was the same. Although, there was newer pillows. The paint was okay, but the wallpaper was scraped and peeling. The mattress was little hard which I realized later on, a bulb was out too. At night, people were sitting outside, drinking, just having a good time. But for me and my wife it resulted in a hard time going to bed. The noise was unnerving. Again at around 4:30 in the morning i was awoken by a loud TV, which after I complained the desk clerk, wasn't resolved. I extremely dislike this motel.
