We recently stayed at Pousada do Leandro thanks to a recommendation and we are so glad we did! Perfect location in the fabulous beach area of Cabo Frio. The staff is wonderful, the hotel is clean, quaint and lovely and the pool is lovely enough that you might miss the beach one day to relax and enjoy it. Cannot say enough nice things about Andro the manager and the staff...they are great!

Pousada do Leandro was simple yet had such a tropical feel. Each room had a beautigul terrace that over looked the pool. The pool had a bar in it and surrounded by Tropical trees. Nice brazilian breakfast served by the pool side. They set us up with a car rental place who came to the pousada with the car. Very nice and affordable a short walk to the beach. Many of the hotels fill up very quickly it was a nice second choice that I will make a first choice next time.
Excellent service and clean rooms. Couple of blocks from beach.
