We spent the first week of our honeymoon at the villa. Marco and Tatiana were great from getting us to the Villa and helping us with ideas of things to do on the main island. Beautiful location, peaceful, and relaxing. The villa is more breathtaking in person compared to any of the photos. It is obvious they put pride into their Villa and the land around it. Great spots for snorkeling close by and a good way to start our honeymoon. We would stay again!

We stayed at this villa as part of the return trip to New Zealand in February 2009.
I had never seen any place so beautiful. Can’t compare to any Caribbean all-inclusive resorts.
For affordable price you have your own garden, beach and lagoon… and sunset 
Marco and Tatiana are perfect hosts and very nice people.
Snorkeling was steps away and water was deep enough to stand (around 5 ft) and shallower as you got closer to shore.
We saw a variety of fish and a spotted sting ray.
We'd certainly stay there again.

This was an absolutely fantastic place to stay - magical and nothing like anything else that we saw Tahiti. It is true that there are some other people living on the motu, but this did not affect our experience there in the slightest. We didn't see anyone else once, except the one time that we decided to swim around the motu. Marco and Tatiana were the perfect hosts - there when you needed them and invisible otherwise. This is not the usual type of place to stay in Tahiti, but I have travelled a lot in my life and staying here ranks as one of my top two or three experiences.

If you have never been to Tahiti and would like to avoid the crowds, this is a great place. The Hosts, Marco and Tatiana are very nice, to be sure. The location is nice, but not quite what is represented on the website. We were expecting to be the only people on the Motu--not quite! There are a number of property owners who have built homes on the motu, the views on the web site cleverly avoid showing that. The "beach" is only about 20 feet long, the vast majority of the shoreline being ironshore. The other side of the motu has a picnic area that the resorts use to take their guests to, although we didn't see many. There are two photos on the website that had to have been taken somewhere else, as they show a long sandy beach with a reef in the distance. The reef side of the motu is heavy ironshore. You should consider if anyone of your party has a problem with insects, as there were quite a few mosquitoes and other insects, particularly when the air was still. All in all, it is a nice place, but I was somewhat disappointed that it wasn't as private as we were led to believe.
