I booked the Royal Corin because the hotel seemed nice and the rooms appeared to have great views of the volcano. I stayed there with my sister and fiance and we really enjoyed it.

The hot springs and views did not disappoint.

The hotel swim up bar and restaurant were surprisingly great, and the drinks were very reasonably priced.

The concierge and staff were very pleasant and made our stay very comfortable. We happened to get into a moped accident at the entrance of the hotel, and they were amazing at making sure we were okay and helping us to communicate with the non-english-speaking moped owners after the accident.

beautiful hotel! staff were amazingly helpful! nice, and spoke english fluently. clean, large rooms, and great service! it is cheaper if you do it through hotels.com rather than from the hotel for some reason. we origanly planned to stay here one night, however when we checked in and saw the place we booked another night just to be in the hotel, hot pool is great after a long day of hiking, and very close to the arenal, and the center of the city! you wont regret staying here!

This was a beautiful, very clean and bright hotel, modern, plush with great service. Free parking and excellent luggage service. The rooms were very spacious and luxurious (king beds) , marble floors, big balconies overlooking hot spring pools, spas and waterfalls. Mattresses were comfortable, nice duvet covers, rainhead shower, large flatscreen tv with many stations 10 in English, coffeemaker, ac, shampoos, wi-fi on balcony and throughout hotel. Delicious breakfast buffet with abundance of fruit, cold cuts, eggs, pancakes, bacon, breads, pastries. Very modern full bar with 2 for1 happy hour nightly and free appetizers. Large diverse menu. Good food. Great service. Many pools were amazing, swim-up bar, hot springs, water falls. Great location - close to all activities - canyoning, zipline, 4 miles to downtown and more great restaurants. It was very reasonable price. Highly recommend and we were treated very well! Great hotel!
It was very quiet when we were there, no small children.

Beautiful hotel, very trendy, upscale, beautiful view of the volcano! The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are very well appointed and lounge like. The rooms are also huge and the bedding of exceptional quality. This hotel would be a 4+ to 5 star hotel in most parts of the world. The only draw backs is that was a bit slow in traffic. At night both the lava lounge and the pool were almost empty. This is not a "night life" hot spot. But very quiet. Probably due to the time of year we were there. The pools are awesome, and the swim up bar is great!. The front desk was helpful in arranging transportation into town for dinners. Breakfast at the hotel was very good and there was no need to seek breakfast elsewhere. The in-room morsels at night were excellent as is the Latte! The spa massage is really special, take advantage of it while you are there, it is worth it! The massage was good, but the private hot pool, the service, the waiting area, all very very nice. Perfect after a day WWR or climbing!

Even before we arrived the staff was friendly, efficient, and extremely helpful with helping us plan our activities, transportation, etc. Unfortunately, I got in an ATV accident on the trip. Every single person from the bell boys to the spa manager not only took care of me, but even checked up afterward. Aside from the hospitality, the facility was relaxing, clean, and the best value for your money in all of La Fortuna/Arenal. I recommend this hotel 100000%
