As I had stayed in this hotel couple of times before during my trips, I chose to stay with my family this time. It was Radisson that time with exceptional service and now I could see a lot of upgrades in the room, lot of eco-friendly initiatives, complimentary spa coupons and complimentary discount coupons and was also renamed as Radisson BLU. This particular time, we basically used this hotel as a Transit hotel as we were coming in from International Airport and leaving by a domestic flight next day. Complimentary airport transfers were fantastic. Express check-in in the car itself before the car started from airport really allowed our family to spend the minimal time in the reception lobby and to quickly get in to the room to relax, No hassles at all. One touch dialing for any service was great. Rooms are Excellent with every requirement met and importance was given to every detail to ensure that Guests stay is homely. The In-room Dining service was fantastic and the food taste was just great -- meeting & suiting our requirements. The Baggage Service offered by hotel for check-in by the hotel staff for early leaving guests to airport next day was really exceptional and their Rep Mr.Rao's service/assistance/attendance at the airport was just great. Overall a great service and VFM, and a great applaud to the team for the fantastic Service and all the Eco-Friendly initiatives being taken. As the hotel is close to the airport runway, noise of flights is heard though it's minimal due to triple toughened glasses, I believe.We stayed in the Business Room which has a complete Massager chair which was an added benefit after our tiring journey.

I stayed at this hotel whilst 2 nights over a fortnight. I flew in/out from an International and domestic connection. I didn't book a hotel car for my first night, but the local hotel drivers collecting other passengers were very helpful and got me the supervisor who sorted me a car on the spot. The hotel on both nights was excellent. The rooms are big, clean and bathrooms have been modernised. On my returning domestic flight I did book a car, and the hotel were very efficient in accommodating my request. But it was the service of their Airport Facilitator, Mr Rau was simply outstanding. I picked my bags off the carousel and Mr Rau was right there to take them, he said, "Welcome Mr Barram". How did he know that? The bed, desk and room control were very good The breakfast was also well done. I would highly recommend this hotel.
