We stayed here while attending a 4 day Indian wedding in South New Delhi. The rooms were clean and modern. While a B&B, once you enter the rooms, you feel that you are in an upscale hotel. The neighborhood was nice and secure with a good selection restaurants and cafes. Convenient for site-seeing and transport to airport. Comes at a portion of the price of neighboring hotels.

Shankar was a friendly and trustworthy host; he was always there if we needed him. For example, he certainly went beyond his duties when he helped us argue with a taxi driver that was trying to overcharge us (which was fairly often in India).

I thought it would also be useful to note that we were actually taking a 2 week tour of India starting and ending in New Delhi. We dropped off a suitcase full of wedding clothes at Sai Villa at the beginning of the trip and came back to reclaim it for the wedding 2 weeks later. There were no problems and the suitcase was intact.

We recently spent 4 nights at Sai Villa while we were working with a shelter for children not far in GK. The staff were fantastic and extremely attentive. Breakfasts were wonderful and plentiful.
This is a little gem of a place that has all amenities you would need.. wi-fi..etc.. and the rooms were LOVELY. Value for money is what you get here. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The last part of our trip we stayed in south Delhi at the hotel (more like a b and b). The location is good for airport And also sites in the south - it was a nicer area than old Delhi and Karl Bagh where we stayed the first time. In particular there were some great places to eat out and have a drink or ice cream etc - in particular smoke house - all of which were walk able from the hotel. The staff were great and the rooms were also very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was ok and staff v helpful. We did have a little issue when booking a room but this was resolved quickly and to a positive end.

This was my second visit to Sai Villa and I find it to be my preferred place of stay in Delhi.
It is in the safe south Delhi neighbourhood of GK2 and close enough to some of the sights Delhi has to offer and within easy walk to M-block. Sai Villa is always spotless and rooms are kept the same, Shankar works tirelessly to maintain the high standard and is always on hand to tend your needs.
The water is always hot, free wifi 24/7 (a great bonus), water, tea/coffee/soft drink available without charge.
The decor has been recently upgraded to give an even more aesthetically pleasing feel to the place and Ashutosh (owner) is a very gracious host.
I think my favourite part of this BnB is the size of it, because Delhi/India is such an intense place to travel the ability to retreat into a quiet place with only a small number of rooms is very attractive to me and immediately relaxing. There is still a variety of communal space so there is chance to mingle with a few others or have private space outside your room.
I definitely recommend Sai Villa to all those looking for what it has to offer.
