The whole aspect of this hotel is of abandonment and bad management. The elevator walls were dirty, the passageway had wires sticking out and cleaning material (clearly not used all that much) dumped in the passages, men standing smoking in the starir well. The room was large, dark and smelled of smoke and the shampoos, cream etc had been used and then left in the bathroom. The floor was filthy and there was hair in the bed. We yelled at just about everyone and eventually got our room cleaned. Our driver and guide informed us that this hotel is used by businessmen who usually stay for one night only and do not care much about hygiene.
The restaurant felt like a factory cafeteria and the food was not very good and even the toaster only toasted on one side.
The hotel has potential despite its not very good location but the manager needs to wake up and give his staff a good kick in the pants.
I am astonished to see good reviews of this place and more astonished to see it compared to a five star hotel. Absolutely NO WAY!!!

The parkland hotels are small to medium sized no frills business hotels scattered at some good locations in Delhi. This one is near Nehru place.

The common facilities are basic - one restaurant, small lobby, no gym / pool. The rooms however are decently sized, clean and comfortable.

Breakfast in normally included but is rather basic. Room service food from the restaurant is inconsistent and I found it to be great one day and mediocre the next.

Service is just about ok, could be better.

Good for travelers on work, would not advice this for leisure travelers.

Parkland is a nice place 2 stay in Delhi if you are looking for something in not too high budget. Location is nice, environment is cool, n place is very comfortable. Staff is also very nice.
