I stayed there during my visit to Autoexpo.Hotel is conveniently located from domestic Airport & also from Pragati Maidan.
I stayed in many 5 star property & this was the least impressive. There is no one to welcome you at the lobby, I was carrying two bags but no one came to help me. Nobody is there to open door for you, while you carrying heavy bags.
Furniture & bathroom was not so impressive. Bathroom door was like any road side hotel & also there was leakage from basin. Security was good, all the bags were scanned.
Food expensive & no buffet, which most of the hotels has now a days.
Overall stay was ok, but not a 5 star experience
I will definitely try a new hotel next time.

I was put in this hotel by the work colleagues I was visiting nearby, and it is a very good, upmarket hotel - excellent welcome and service, OK room, good bed. I always find it annoying that one has to pay extra for internet in most expensive hotels, whereas usually get that free at cheaper hotels. This hotel is no exception and fits into the "already expensive, so you pay extra" category. The food in the various restaurants was very good, and I came away from 2 nights in Delhi without any gastrointestinal problems, which may be a first!
