Let's start with the bad:
1.We informed them that we''ll reach late as we are having our visa done on arrival, and yet the airport pick up left without us! We had to get a prepaid taxi instead and at the hotel, they INSISTED we pay the full price of the airport transfer which is totally ridiculous. We compromised on paying for the parking charges.
2. Rooms are totally not sound proof, if you want to rest in the room during the day, forget about it, there are renovations work done perpetually the whole day. It's loud.
3. The sheets has stains on them which made them look kind of yucky.
4. We requested for a big bed but ended up with twin sharing.
5. Access cards do not work, ask them to open your door for you instead.
6. The hot water supply in some rooms are non-existent.
7. I left my baggage with them and left for Jaipur/Agra, when I returned and asked for it, it took them forever to find it. I had to look for it myself! It was as though they misplaced it! Not to mention that they would only give you an AC controller only if you ask for it, if otherwise, they'll try to save the AC electricity money.
Now for the good:
1. Rooms are decently furnished and the TVs has lots of channels including StarWorld and WB.
2. Security guard will always open the door for you.
3. Reasonably close to Rajendra Place metro station, about 15 minute walk, while Karol Bagh shopping district is also a 15 minute walk away.
4. Wifi is free. :)
