It was our second time here. Same good feeling, with a very friendly and helpful staff. This time we got a very large room, which looks like they had removed a wall separating two rooms. So my wife and I had a separate bathroom. Cool.
Free good Wifi in public areas and at least part of the rooms.
When my colleague, wasn't satisfied with his room Wifi strength, they gave him a Cellular stick modem to use for free!
Buffet breakfast was decent.

Indeed, as other travelers said, the "professional" photos do not help this hotel...it is much better than in the photos...
Nice staff...they can prepare anything, even though it is not in the menu...

Nice rooms and good restaurant open until late. Staff was helpful, did our check in while we put the bags in our rooms - so we could get to the restaurant before they closed.

The website photo of this hotel really doesn't do it justice. This is a really beautiful hotel. We had been travelling in very bad weather and it was great to arrive here and find it way better than we had expected. It has a massive restaurant and also a lovely semi outdoor cafe. Nice little bar. Lots of English-speaking staff.
Lovely rooms and beautifully furnished. I was so surprised when we found so many English-speaking staff here. They need to get some of them on the booking end of their business. I had to book this hotel using Romanian, because I thought I was being misunderstood when using English. I suppose a phone call would have made it all easier. I doubt if there is a better hotel in all this area. Beautiful views from both sides. However if I were booking again I would ask for a room looking out on the mountains rather than the river. Great hotel and spotless. Bank-o-mat right at front door.
