A unbelievable experence, I hated it:o( This place was supposed to be good, the people that worked there were but the Director of the Hotel was a very Unreasonable person. This is the story, My first night there I went out with my supposed girl and her translator. We went to eat a Ukranian meal..OK, it tasted good going down but not coming up, unfortunately I go sick in the room so, I would have accepted some of the fault, even thought I cleaned up the room and did use their towels, yes on small towel, one hand towel and, and one wash cloth, and she charged me 134 Grevas for repacement and then gave them back to me cleaned 3 days later. After I cleaned the room, I went to take a shower, it is 18 inches off of the ground and you step directly down onto a slippery tile floor that I then fell on and slipped into the sink and wall leaving 4 gashes on my right shin. After that I cleaned up and went out to walk off the pain. After I got back and went to get the key they make you drop off everytime you leave, and get when you come back. That would not be a problem but sometimes they would give me the wrong key. Well anyway after I go back the Director of this hotel was yelling at me in Russian, I did not really understand anything but she was acting mad. Not one person in this hotel speaks any english and only your berakfast menu and bar menu are in English. They give you rules only in Russian, knowing that I am an American, and then only tell me about them after you have broken them. This Dictator type of Director was telling me that I had to pay her 2014 Grevas for the room repairs. She said I broke the sink which I did not only stubbed my shin on it. and she had to paint the room which she did not even do like she said she did, and when her workers came into my room they stole 3 bars of Dove soap and a roll of Aluminum Duct type of tape I brought for my girl to help her seal the cracks in her room. Well anyway I had to pay this lady under threat of her calling the police on me. The sad part is the workers in the hotel actually are nice even though they only speak Russian. This Dictator type of management was unbelievable, because I am from Las Vegas and this hotel would have aready been closed from code violations. I have a few pictures that will be added I promise I just need to retrieve them.
Actually if I could give this hotel a rating it would not even be one star, I really hate to say it, the room are always dirty, never clean.
And on my check out I was given a bill for 99 Grevas for using the phone to call my girls translator that lives in the town.
They do not do business right so I would never recommend them I have plenty of pictures to add later, I just go back from the trip tonight so everything is still fresh in my mind.
