We stayed at the hotel for 1 night Overall we had a good stay, though an incident casted a shadow on the entire experience when a glass broke when we touched it, almost causing injury and the staff refused to let us check out without paying for it.

Good things about the hotel:
Good location, late check out, complimentary internet service (yet very slow and poorly positioned single computer in from of the elevators, without a chair)
Hotel complimentary Pickup and drop-off services, Good Spa with reasonable price Pampering Rooms - 5 Star level and a Great Shower far above local standards.
Overall for great Value for money (40$ for 1 night, double room including breakfast)

Negative things about the hotel:
Staff demanded payment for a glass that broke just from touching it. WE WERE LUCKY NOT TO GET INJURED - and their answer was laughing on us and saying its "hotel's policy" and demanded 2$.
Breakfast - Buffet was outside (in hot humid balcony) - Staff refused to allow us to eat indoors although there was plenty of room. The buffet itself had a big variety but very low quality. Loud and sleazy pickup bar below the hotel
