This Hotel was great, that is for what I wanted, which was a clean room, a comfortable bed and a nice hot shower, followed by something to eat.
After a long day driving and sightseeing on route to Chiang Mai, I arrived in Phitsanulok, with no idea of where to stay.
Directed by a thai lady at a hawker stand, I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel, especially as it is built onto a huge mall.
No Booking, but they had a room, and appologised that they only had one room at 1,000 Bhat. It was fine and just what I needed. The reception staff spoke adequate English and were very friendly.
The room, albeit a little dated had all I needed for a night stop and it was clean. The bathroom was spacious and a good strong shower with lashings of hot water.
The ambiance of the reception was nice although it was very busy, as they had several coach tours arrived that day.
Very comfortable in this hotel, and ordered room service for a meal, which came within the 15 minutes and was delicious, I could not finish the meal, there was just so much food on the tray and it was marginaly dearer than going out to eat on the streets.
Breakfast was fine, I was first into the dining room, and there was a good choice of food and catered for eastern as well as western tastes.
Top marks for top land hotel and thanks for having a room, I was exhausted that night.
