“Attractive and Friendly, Town and Countryside”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 June 2011

Our son lives in Pai and he recommended we stay at Pai River Corner when we came to visit. He made an excellent choice. We appreciated both the easy access to town and being able to look out at the green countryside while sitting by the lovely well maintained swimming pool. The accommodation is simple but attractive and very comfortable. We recommend Nature's Breakfast and the pancakes and fruit. Above all the staff at Pai River Corner were always friendly and really looked after their guests. It felt like they loved the small resort that they had created and we loved staying there.

“The best place we have stayed in Thailand”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 June 2011

Pai River Corner is an exceptional hotel for solo travellers, couples and families. we stayed here at the end of a family wedding week with 3 generations including adult chidren in their 20s, parents and grandparents and founf it an ideal location for all. The owners and staff treat you as family friends, and the swimming pool and garden are a terrific place to relax. It is situated right on the edge of the town and everything you need is in walking distance, but it is also a quiet haven on the river. We have stayed in good hotels all over the World in SE Asia, Mauritius, and Europe, and I think Pai River Corner is a real gem. In terms of price, there are lots of places in Pai that are cheap if you want but pai River Corner gave exceptional value for the same price as a Travel Lodge in England.

“Prime Location, Quiet, Clean, Friendly, Value”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 30 May 2011

We here end of May 2011, which is beginning of low season. We found this place to be everything and more. The grounds are impeccably maintained, the infinity pool with deck chairs is beautiful, clean and has shower, bathroom, and swimming towels supplied. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. The room was charming, clean, and most comfortable. The location is premium... it's at the end of a main street (Walking Street?), close to the river, so it was quiet, secluded, yet in the heart of the Pai. There is a restaurant/bar on the premises, so I'm not sure what high season would be like in the evenings, but considering the atmosphere, I seriously doubt it turns into a loud party scene at night. The rooms are build as upper/lower duplex and 4-plex, so I don't know if noise would travel... we were staying in an upper unit of a 4-plex with no one below and someone in the unit beside us, but we never heard anything.

“Hidden Gem”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 6 April 2011

Pai River Corner Resort is one of those hidden gems that you always hope to stumble across but rarely do.
Beautiful, clean rooms and definitively high class staff service.
The grounds, the room, the pool ... all were immaculate.
Breakfast was good and as much as you want.
Certainly cannot understand a previous negative review on this forum for this resort.
You are treated like family. One of the best we have stayed in throughout more rural Asia.
Without a doubt would stay there again and intend to.

Room Tip: Booked through Agoda and got a great room althoug.

“It`s ok”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 March 2011

The Hotel is direct on the Riverside, very near to the Nightlife, short walk to the Street market.
The Rooms we had were nice, but unfortunately also very loud, in the morning you can hear, when they starting in the Kitchen, at night you can hear the talking from People walking of the other Riverside. If you want to stay in the middle of Nightlife, it`s a good choice and good value.
