The bungalows are simple, clean and very good value. The location is excellent; close to the Beach, restaurants, etc, but quiet and peaceful. Owners Ed and Joyce are really friendly and helpful and cook fabulous meals!

I exchanged some emails with Joyce and decided to stay at Redsnapper Bungalow.
Great location by walking few minutes to Long beach(Pra-ae beach). I stayed in the nice Fan room,en suite with fridge only 350thb/night. Prepare your Mosquito spray!

The owner are very helpful and made you feel at home even there were so many things happened like electricity cut off, no water supply for few hours and the toilet doesn't flush completely during my time. Joyce and Ed could fix them all and very nice enough to offer me another new,beautiful Bungalow.Wifi is free ,only in public area(no connection in the room)

All together 7 days in Redsnapper. Too bad I didn't have a change to try their foods for low season,no any other customer.Hope I can make it next time in Lanta.

There is construction site just in front of my bungalow, so it's noisy during the day and some workers walked around, the night time is okay.

We stayed in Red Snapper for 6 nights and we really enjoyed the place. Location was perfect, just 2 min from Pra hae beach and near the mainroad. Bungalow was spacious, modern and cozy, decorated with good style.
Only drawback was that staff was not really helpful because too busy with the restaurant and we had to ask several times for cleaning the room.
We ate one time at the restaurant and it was very good, even if more expensive than an average thai meal.

We stayed at Red Snapper over the Christmas Holidays and for this reason we booked the bungalows many months before. Joyce, the owner, did not ask us to send a deposit and when we got there she also upgraded us to the new bungalows. I was travellling with my husband and my dad and we had two lovely bungalows with a large bathroom and a huge patio. The bungalows are only 100 metres away from the beginning of the beach and it is an easy walk to the nicest part of the beach. As everybody has said , the food is fantastic and if it true that it is more expensive than some of the local restaurants it comes out much cheaper that other restaurants of the same level. Joyce and Ed have been working in one of the best restaurant in Italy and you can taste it in the cooking.
I will surely go back to Red Snapper if I pass by Ko Lanta another time!!!!
