The accommodation was reasonably easy to find as we have stayed in Trogir previously and had a rough idea of the location. We rang the agency when we arrived outside the Villa and someone arrived in 5 minutes as the agency is only a short distance away. We were given the choice of 3 rooms and choose the one on the 1st floor. There is no lift in the building. The room had twin beds, bedside cabinet, wardrobe and table with 2 chairs. We were self catering and this was useful. On the top floor there is a terrace for everyone's use and this is where we ate our breakfast. We paid at the agency. We were here right at the end of September and some of the restaurants and cafes were closing down for the season. The main square was practically deserted on Friday, September 30th!
On our last day we had an evening flight and we were able to leave our luggage in the agency till we needed to go to the airport. It was great staying in a this old house which is part of a world UNESCO heritage site. Another good reason to choose Trogir is the proximity to the airport. We were able to catch the No 37 bus from the Trogir bus station and this only costs 16kn which is helpful if people are on a budget, rather than taking a taxi. As a previous contributor had mentioned a small fridge would be useful. However, we would stay here again.
