We having been here now 6 times during last 2 years and would always return as long we have our holidays in Croatia. We discovered this fantastic apartment during our first trip just by accident and since it has served us as starting and finishing point for all our trips.

First of all the town of Trogir is perfectly situated next to Split airport and has superb sceneries and services. You can do daily trips by boat to Split leaving 70 meters from doorsteps and continue further to islands like Hvar from there (highly recommended also).
Trogir has excellent dining and would match any world standards.

Riva next to sailboat harbour has 3 apartments in 3 levels. We have stayed in all of those and they all have everything you wish for. They are beautifully decorated with superb view to sail boat harbour and just a scroll from old town bulevard. And the apartments are extremely quiet due the triple glass windows and sealing.
And after a day on the beach or town just open the view to the sunset and enjoy your wine :)

Fabjan as the owner and our host looks after you and you can always trust on his knowledge whatever comes to travel tips, wining and dining etc.

Having regular morning coffees and small talks with him makes you feel like you are most welcomed indeed. Fabjan always makes that extra mile to make sure that you have been taken care of.

Fabjan collected us from the airport and took us to the apartment. We were in apartment 4 which was beautifully decorated and the view over the yacht harbour was so stunning. The apartment had everything one could wish for. We were also within walking distance to the shops, bakery, busstop, restaurants and ferry harbour where we caught the ferry to take us into Split. Fab was also very helpful with planning the rest of our trip around Croatia. He gave up helpful tips of bus and ferry routes etc. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone and it is also good value for money. Regards Anne

We stayed at apartments Riva twice during our visit to Croatia. When we first arrived, Fabjan collected us from the airport after a long journey and helped us with all our bags up to the apartment. The apartment itself is very clean and well equipped. We stayed in apartment 4 which is perfect for a family or three friends with one double and a single bed. The location is fantastic - overlooking the harbour and within a minutes stroll to some shops, restaurants, travel agents and a bakery. Fabjan himself was a very helpful host - he took time to have coffee with us and gave us some good tips on travelling around Croatia and also gave us a bit of a history lesson. As the apartments are located close to the airport we returned here on our way back for one night as we had an early start. Again Fabjan was very accommodating and made our stay very relaxing and easy.

We stayed at apartment Riva for 4 nights in September 2009 and we were extremely pleased. We stayed in apartment 2; the apartment is renovated and very very clean…the layout of the apartment was very functional. Fabjan, the owner, was extremely knowledgeable with things to do and he was EXTREMELY helpful helping us find the apartment when we arrived late at night. He made our stay even more memorable.

There was one apartment per floor and the view from the apartment was breathtaking. The location is ideal as you are only a few steps from the city centre. Trogir was a great stop in our trip to Croatia and apartment Riva was a fabulous place to stay. We couldn’t have been more pleased and we would very highly recommend it. Enjoy!
